How much does the school cost:
* 20 0000 NOK has to be payed before you get the letter of acceptance. ( This is the price of two semesters)
We reserve the right to adjust the price for the school trip with !0% due to currency changes or new implemented taxes.
Before you apply:
Make sure that you have fulfilled all the requirements under before you send your application, otherwise your application might not get processed.
- You need to be minimum 18 years old to apply.
- Please make sure to read about the application process before you send in your application form.
- International applications made through the Norwegian application form will not get processed.
Application process:
- Please make sure you apply through our website for International students and with the international application form.
IMPORTANT: If you are an international student and apply through the Norwegian application form, your application will not get processed.
- We will set up an appointment for you and contact you about the details.
- After your appointment we will get back to you. This will not be before the whole applications process is over and all the scheduled appointments have been processed. This will take some time, so please be patient, we promise we will get back to all applicants.
- If you are approved for admission you will also receive an invoice with the semester fee. Please make sure to pay the fee as soon as possible to make sure you accept your admission.
- When we have received the confirmation for your payment, first then you will receive the letter of acceptance and a letter for UDI that confirms that you are a student at Filadelfia Bibelskole.
- You will now be able to apply for your Student Visa.
- If by any chance the Visa is denied, we will of course refund your tuition fee, but an admin fee of 1000 NOK will be charged.
- When the UDI approves you, they might ask you to pay so called “financial guarantee money”. If you do not have your own norwegian bank account, we can help you to transfer that money. The account you have to transfer your money is 3000.34.55730. We will then disclose you the papers that will prove you have the “financial guarantee money” you need.
- After you have started your studies with us, you can request the financial guarantee money back. It will then be released back to the same account it was sent from. If you by any chance want to request the money to another account then it was originally sent from, you will need to send us a confirmation letter about this.
How does a normal week look like?
A normal week at shool is Tuesday until Friday from 8.30 am until 2.30 pm. Mondays is off because of practice you have to do during time out of school in the evening or in the weekends.
During the year, you will have som teaching or practice out of the usual schedule, but we will let you know this, in time.
Withdraw application or leaving school during the year:
Withdrawal of application before school starts:
Your tuition fee will be refunded, but an admin fee of 1000 NOK will be charged.
Quitting school during a semester:
The current semester has to be payed. Next semester will be refunded.
Quitting school before the next semester:
A letter or an e-mail has to be submitted to the school confirming that you are leaving. This has to be done the latest by week 48 for your school fee for next semester to be refunded.
Quitting school due to a health problem:
We need a confirmation from a medical doctor regarding your health. If you do not have this, your tuition fee will not be refunded.

School start 2024: Wednesday 21th of August
Opening trip: 27th of August until 29th of August
Autumn holiday: 30th of September until 4th of October
Autumn trip: 5th until 7th of November
Christmas vacation: From the 21th of December until the 6th of January
First day after vacation is Tuesday the 7th of January
Easter vacation: 14th of April until the 21th of April
Days off, spring 2025:
Thursday 1th of May: Workers day off
Thursday 29th of May: Christ`s Ascension day
Friday 17th of May: Constitution Day
Closing trip: 2th until 4th of June
( this can be changed)
Last day at school: Friday 6th of June with distribution of diplomas
